Niagara Falls

What a fun day trip we had going to Niagara Falls. We went on Sat. and it took us about 2 hrs to get there. This is another reason why I don't mind living in Pa for a bit, we get to see things we would never see if we did not live out here.We went with our good friends the Ranzenberger's!

A bridge in Buffalo NY! I just love all the bridges that are out here.

The side with all the buildings is Canada!

Waiting in line to ride the Maid of the Mist. It was so cool
you take this boat out to get really close to the falls all while you get to
take a shower (the water and wind is strong).

On the Maid of the Mist. Waiting to get up close to the falls.

Tyson he was not a fan of the wind and rain!

I tried the best I could to get pictures of the Falls without
getting my camera soaked.

Hunter loved the boat ride.

We also did something they call Cave of the winds. In the
picture above it shows people in yellow ponchos, you get to
walk right next to one of the Falls. Saying you get soaked is an understatement you get drenched. But it was so cool to be right next to the fall. Only Hunter and Paxton came with us. Hunter loved it and did not want to leave. Paxton was not a big fan but I don't think he new what he was getting himself into. The other two stayed behind with our friends and we took turns going down. When we were done doing this we all had to change our clothes.

Mexican Food!

On Wed. afternoon Jill (Matt's sister) arrived from AZ to spend
about a month with us. I am way excited to have her here. Its nice to have her around, its hard sometimes taking care of my four boys by myself 7days a week with no break. When she said she wanted to come out we were all for it. Now on to the post. If there is one thing about Erie Pa that bugs me or makes me sad, it would be they have no Mexican Food. I have no clue how people out here can live with out it I know I can't. So with a few calls to Dad. He took over 2 dozen of the most wonderful Tortillas (and some other Mexican items) that I have ever had to Jill. For here to bring out with her. If you live in AZ you need to find this place and go. Its called Carolina's its a hole in the wall and don't be afraid of the bars on the windows. Its some good Mexican food. In downtown Phx. Here is a picture for My Dad! The boys thank you a ton!!
P.S. anytime you want to send more is ok with us!

birthday song ever with 8 little kids singing there lungs out.
We joked afterward that he pro. has not gotten sung to like that
sense he was 6. Hope you had a great day even if you studied
most of it.

Primary Program!

Today was our primary program. Only Hunter
and Tyson were in it but all the boys looked so handsome
The three older boys are really into wearing a tie every Sunday and I just think they are way to cute in them. Carter has been doing great in nursery and has not cried for us at all. I was just called as a primary teacher (ctr 5 class) and Matt has been the Cub Master for about a month now. We are loving our ward.

Shower for Rachel

On Saturday Angalee and Me had a baby
shower for our dear friend Rachel. She is having her
first baby and its a BOY!! We had it
at my home and had a ton of fun planing and decorating for it.
(thanks to those that helped bring food.)

She has one of the best smile's and I know she is going to make
a great mom. She is also my next door neighbor and I love
our late night talks.

Now I just can't wait to see this little guy.
If she does not go into labor this week than
Friday is the big day!!!!

Our House in PA!

Well, after being in a 1000sq town house with 4 little boys, and having World War III everyday sense we were all living on top of each other. We had been on a housing list that they do out here for students, and one became available. When she called to tell us we were so excited. So now here are some pictures. It's one of there bigger houses (which is way nice). Also it has air, a fenced back yard, a garage, and a dishwasher!!! I know that may sound funny to some but out here its hard to find a house that has all that. So we got super LUCKY!!! The front look how green the grass is. It rain's so much we don't have
to water out here and we still have green grass.

Our family room its nice and long.
When taking this picture I was standing on our stairs.
I did not take any pictures of our up stairs there are 3 rooms up
there and a bathroom.

Our nice big Kitchen I love having lots of counter space and a
nice place to put our table. The door in the back leads to a huge
sun room. We have put all the boys toys back in it.

Here is the back of our house. The room with all
the windows is the sun room. The other window you see
on the house next to the sun room is another room we
are using it as our office(its huge) so when guest come to stay
we have room. Also there is a half bath downstairs.

Our nice big back yard. We have two huge trees.

Just to show our families how close we are living to
Matt's school. Its only about 7 houses away just up a little ways from that yellow sign. So now we are also saving on gas because Matt walks to school.

Another Huge plus is we have 8 other
families in our ward living on our street. So they boys have had lots of play buddies. Today we had two other boys over to play and they watched part of a movie and had popcorn. Also Hunter has a girl on our street in his same classat school. I have heard through the great vine that we got lucky and got the best 1st gr. teacher at his school (that makes me a happy mom). So we car pool and take turns taking them to school. It really has been a huge blessing to get into this house. We are really loving it here.
And have already made some awesome friendships.
