Carter's and Becketts Fireman Party!!!

Well with Beck being sick for most of Feb. and everyone else might I add. We have had RSV, an ear infection that needed 3 diff. rounds antibiotics(not sure if my baby will ever be the same), 2 kids with strep throat at diff. times, Croup 2 diff times, an night time ER visit for a child not being able to breath from Croup, and 2 kids with fevers for a few days just because!!! This all happend in the month of Feb.

Our two little guys have birthdays exaclty a month apart. And last year at this time we where all consumed with this our poor sweet little guy!! So I wanted to have a great big fun party for Carter and Beckett!!! Now that we are home and with family we had a fun Fireman party at the park!!! Carter is so into Fireman and Fire trucks right now!!!

His fireman costume!!! We gave it to him a bit early so he could wear it to the party!!

Susan's run!!!

I have been wanting to do this run for awhile now. Its for a friend of ours Susan (we all went to high school with her) who passed away from colon cancer! You can read more about her and the run here! I signed up to do the 10k with my brother and the rest did the 5k!!

And here we are after!!! Sorry for such a bad picture!! We all finished and my dad even got 1st in his age group so he got a medal. Only thing is he was the only one in his age group ;)!!! I ended up beating my brother only because he can't seem to follow directions and do the course right. If he would have, he would of beat me!!! But I crossed the finish line before him!!!! SO I WON!!!!

I finished my 6 miles in 56min!!

Sick Beckett!

Our sweet little Beck is sooooo sick again!!!! And when the Doctors office tested him for RSV and it came back positive this was all I could think about. The week we stayed in the hospital when he was a month old for the same thing!!!!!

Now the only nice thing about him having it this time.........is that he is a tad older now and a lot of the kids don't have to be hospitalized.

Poor baby also has a double ear infection that has now taken 3 diff. rounds of antibiotics to get rid of and he also had either pink eye or just a bad cold in his eye!!! I have not slept well in quite awhile, having to wake up with him to give either meds or a breathing treatment. We had to cancel his one year old b-day party and have had to stay away from little kids for about 2 weeks. Doctor said once his cough and fever where gone he will not be contagious anymore.

Tyson lost his first tooth!!

Tyson lost his first tooth tonight!! Now lets just hope the tooth fairy does not forget!!!!!

Beckett's 1st Birthday!!!!

I can't believe my baby has turned one!!!! My in-laws where in town, so for lunch we went out with them to celebrate. It was quite a lunch. I felt bad for the guy waiting on us, we left the floor and table a mess.

Sometimes I still can't believe that I have 5 kids and that they are all boys! We sure love having Beck in our family. He is still not walking and has just started to try to crawl. We have seen an ortho guy for his hips all checked out fine. We are still waiting to see a nero guy and physical therapy.

Hunter's 9th birthday!!

We had a small family party for Hunter this year! I still can't believe that I have a 9yr old. He got his first BB Gun and pocket knife....not so sure I like the idea of a pocket knife, we just have to many little hands! But he has promised to be very careful. We love you big guy!!!
