Tyson's Graduates

Tyson Graduated from preschool today!
This coming up school year he will be a Kindergartner.

I can't belive how this school year has flown bye.

We are so proud of him and love him very much.

I got to go on the first gr. field trip today. The kids had a

ton of fun at the baseball game. The only problem was

it was sooo cold and we had to bring out our winter coats.

I don't think I will ever sit through an out door game again

when its that cold out side.

Words really can not describe this beautiful young woman! Matt's younger sister

Jill passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, in her sleep on Sat April 17,2010.

My heart has been so full this past few weeks with having many thoughts daily

about Jill and Matt's family. Its been so hard to be so far away from family. Both

Matt and I where able to fly to AZ for just a few days to be there for the funeral.

The day after we had to leave and come back home to PA.It has been hard,

I hate not being their with our families!

Before we moved out here to PA for school. We lived with Matt's parents and Jill for a year. In that year Jill and I became very close. My mom said many times that Jill was like a second mother to our boys. Man she LOVED them soooo much (she loved all her nieces and nephews). I know she had a special place in her heart for her Carter Hugh!! Carter was not an easy baby, but Jill would help me so much with him. You name it she did it. I have had the struggled lately with the thought of my boys not remembering her. Knowing that at least Carter will pro. never remember Jill, this just breaks my heart to the core. Something I will remember and will tell Carter as he gets older is I know of the love she had for him and his brothers. When we got to Az my sister in law was on Jill's computer looking something up. When she closed out her session there on her desktop for her screen saver was a picture of Carter. I have no clue how long she has had that pic as her screen saver. But I just about lost it when I saw it , and knew that even though we live so far away, every time she got on her computer she saw her Carter!! She just on Easter sent out kids a Easter Package with lots of goodies in it.

We had the great opportunity to have Jill come and stay with us for a month this

last Oct. We had a ton of fun. Taking her to see some of the sights around here. It

was nice to have her help again, it was nice to have a shopping buddy again.

She loved to go to Target with me and make crafts. She had a laugh that would

light up the room, and such a big heart for her family.

We Love and Miss you but know we will see you again!!

Tyson's Stitches

Tyson got his first set of stitches today and he took it like a MAN!!! We where down at my friends house tonight as she was helping me get a schedule ready(for the boys and people who where going to watch them) so I could go back home to AZ to be with Matt and his family. We found out the day before that Matt's sister Jill had passed away peacefully in her sleep. We where in shock for quite some time. We spent all of today getting ready to leave for AZ and finding friends to help watch the boys. Being so far away from home really broke our hearts we just wanted to be there with our family.

So as we where getting ready to leave the boys got out some clubs and golf balls to hit out in her backyard. Trenton took one swing and the ball came up and hit Tyson right in the mouth. At first I was just like your fine shake it off then the blood started to come. I picked Tyson up and ran home with him. I knew just by looking at him he was going to need stitches. His poor lip was cut all the way through. I stayed as calm as I could and ran to get our next door neighbors (I don't know what I would do with out you guys). We wanted to get a second opinion before we went and spent 3+ hours in the ER. Plus Matt was getting up the next morning at 4 to leave to go home. We where sooooo busy. That's when they suggested that we call up Bro. Hunter. He is an ER Doc. in our ward, and see if we could bring Tyson to him to look at, before we went to the ER just to make sure he need to get stitches. He instead come on over to our house to look. He got here pretty fast and right away said he needed them. With one quick call to the ER where he works (to make sure they had a room available). Matt and Tyson where in his car on the way to the ER. Matt said right when they got there. They went right into a room and Bro. Hunter stitched him right up. Tyson did not even cry and when he got home was so proud to show them off. He got two on the outside and two on the inside. They where home within an hour. I am so thankful to him for helping us out in our time of need.

Easter

Well this is the only pic I got of our Easter.....sad yes, but that is ok!! I did get lots of video instead and I think that's just as great if not better. Here are the boys getting ready to eat breakfast. We had such a great day the Easter bunny came and left the boys MarioKart for the wii and lots of candy. He even hid lots of eggs inside and out.
